Shipping

We ship all orders from our fulfillment facility located in Sarasota, Florida.

Standard Shipping By Weight 2–5 business days 2–5 business days after shipment
FedEx 2-Day Air By Weight 1–2 business days 2–3 business days after shipment
International Shipping By Weight + Duties 3–5 business days 5–10 business days after shipment

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. During high-volume periods (such as launches), processing times may increase by an additional 5–7 business days.

FedEx 2-Day orders must be placed before 10am EST to ship the same day during standard (non-launch) periods. Expedited shipments are delivered on business days only (Monday–Friday).

Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes. Orders placed with a PO Box will ship via USPS using the fastest available option.

J Baby Co. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.


International Orders

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

We ship to most international destinations via FedEx International Economy. Orders typically arrive within 10 business days after shipment. Duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost.

All prices are listed in USD.


Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.

If items are missing or there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please ship to a secure location. We are not responsible for packages once tracking shows delivery confirmation.
