Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order from J Baby Co. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns under the following guidelines:

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items sent back outside of this window will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

-Unworn

-Unwashed

-In original packaging with tags attached

-Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

-In re-sellable condition as determined by J Baby Co.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

Return Options

Refund to Original Payment Method

-Subject to an $8 return handling fee

-Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Store Credit 

-No return fee

-Includes a 10% bonus credit applied to your return total

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and never expires.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

We recommend selecting store credit to reorder your preferred size or style.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

-Items marked FINAL SALE

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

J Baby Co. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend retaining proof of shipment.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after being received.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund or store credit details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can make it right.

Return Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future orders from customers with excessive or unusual return activity.

Defective Items

If an item is confirmed defective, we will provide a return label and offer a replacement or refund.
